Urulu Cannonau of Sardinia DOC has a ruby red color, intense aromas of berries, with spicy notes and balsamic accents. On the palate it is warm, well structured, with soft tannins and a pleasant freshness, which make it very harmonious. The finish is sapid and persistent. Wine for first courses with full-bodied sauces, roast meats and well-matured cheeses.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Classification: Cannonau di Sardegna DOC

Grapes: 95% Cannonau, 5% Monica, Carignano, Bovale

Origin: The grapes come from the valleys of Locoe and Sorasi, and the high lands of "Sa Lacana," in the Orgosolo area.

The small vineyards, situated on gentle hills, are cultivated directly by the members, and due to the healthiness of the location, they require minimal pesticide intervention.

Yield: 35 quintals per hectare

Alcohol Content: 15% vol

Aging Potential: 10 years

Service Temperature: 18-20°C
