In the first half of October, a fantastic harvest takes place in Sardinia, in the Alto Campidano region, at the gates of the Tirso River Valley and Sinis: the Contini winery mobilizes and harvests the Cannonau grapes to produce an exceptional dry red wine. After the harvest, the maceration process lasts for about two weeks, followed by a double aging process.
