Vernaccia Capo Mannu, bottled young, is the perfect expression of the typical Sinis grape. From this corner of land constantly animated by the Mistral wind, it gives us a fruity taste and excellent structure. PAIRING: Excellent aperitif, together with sea anemones (Ortziadas), fresh fish, oysters, raw seafood and fish first courses.
An intense red wine with violet reflections. The delicate and warm aromas of ripe berries and cherries are complemented by notes of violets and roses. The taste is smooth and warm, supported by well-integrated tannins that lead to a persistent finish. It pairs well with risottos made with wild mushrooms and pasta filled with savory cheeses. Excellent with roasted red meats, game, braised dishes, and aged, flavorful cheeses.
The color is bright straw yellow with citrine reflections. It has a good olfactory outfit with fresh aromas of yellow pulp fruit and elderberry. The taste is soft on entry, full and silky, with excellent alcoholic balance. Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies savory pies with vegetables and cured meats. Recommended with fish-based dishes, it goes well with first courses based on shellfish and seafood or with the catch of the day, medium fat. Cooked or grilled.
Dark and dense wine with an intense color and a persistent nose. Notes of cassis, wild blackberries and Mediterranean scrub, the scent is rich with an explosion of smoked, black peppercorns and chinotto peel. Pairings: Great with cured meats and cheeses, first courses and roasted red meats. Also excellent as a meditation wine.

The Malvasia Capo Mannu is born from the vineyards of the Middle Campidano on land suitable for the production of these grapes. The particular microclimate enjoys sunny summers and winters beaten by the mistral that give a balanced taste, dry and fragrant. Grapes harvested by hand and harvested after a few hours. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C. It evolves and matures in steel tanks. It is refined on fine lees in batonnage for about 60 days.
