The silk thread that embellishes the bottles of Soroi is a product of the fine craftsmanship of Orgosolo, son of a centuries-old tradition on a par with the cultivation of Cannonau. Recommended pairings: stewed lamb, important roasts and long matured cheeses.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Grapevine: 100% Cannonau

Form of cultivation: the small vineyards allow a meticulous control of the alberello and cordon spur plants. It is quality-oriented.

Processing: the grapes, hand-picked, are delivered immediately after harvesting to the cellar where, after destemming, they undergo maceration for 10-15 days, at controlled temperature, with pumping over and fulling.

Soroi matures in oak barrels for 24 months, then in bottle for 3 months.

Alcohol content: 16%.

Serving temperature: 18-20 °C
