PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Classification: Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Rosato

Grapes: 100% Cannonau

Alcohol content: 13% vol

During vinification the selected grapes are destemmed and then pressed and is subjected to a short pre-fermentation maceration with extraction of the finest aromas, followed by white vinification as traditional for the best rosé wines.
