Vermentino di Gallura reaches its maximum elegance in this brut sparkling wine with its fine, velvety perlage and pleasant aromatic freshness. It has a straw yellow colour. Fine and persistent effervescence. Fresh, fine, fruity, spicy bouquet, reminiscent of aromatic herbs, sage and citrus fruits. Lively, savoury, fresh acidity, good balance, medium structure and great aromatic persistence.

Urulu Cannonau of Sardinia DOC has a ruby red color, intense aromas of berries, with spicy notes and balsamic accents. On the palate it is warm, well structured, with soft tannins and a pleasant freshness, which make it very harmonious. The finish is sapid and persistent.

Luna Vona is the first organic wine produced by the company, the grapes come from organic vineyards located near the valley of Locoe. Their size allows a careful management of the soil and a meticulous control of the plants. Okila is an intense ruby red wine with garnet reflections, characterized by a long, elegant bouquet with hints of morello cherry, berries and withered rose. The taste is ample, velvety, soft and full-bodied.

It is a fresh wine to drink immediately, less structured than its older brother Urùlu, but it retains great qualities. All the processing of the product, including the bottling, is taken care of directly by the members. The grapes are harvested by hand and, within a few hours, processed in the cellar with the help of handmade tools and equipment and subjected to a gentle treatment, aimed at obtaining high quality wines. All processes, including bottling, are carried out directly by the members. It goes well with first courses, stewed meats, grilled meats and cheeses with partial maturation.
Obtained from the vinification of Cannonau, Carignano and Muristellu grapes, the skin/must contact takes place in stainless steel tanks for about a week at a controlled temperature of around 25°C, during which daily pumping over and fulling are carried out. The transformation of malic acid into lactic acid takes place immediately after alcoholic fermentation. The maturation takes place for a few months in steel tanks and is further refined in the bottle.

Mandrolisai Red wine IGP Isola dei Nuraghi. After a long manual selection of the best grapes and a 7-10 days long fermentation under controlled temperature, later comes the 24 months maturation in big french oak barrels. This special wine rests for 10 month after being bottled.
Vinification: Cold - maceration followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature for 15 days. Visual exam: Straw-colored, initially with greenish highlights. Olfactory examination: Reminiscent of white flowers and white pulp fruit. Gustatory examination : Balanced, persistent mouth feel, slightly acid, sapid, pleasant full - bodied flavour. Faint bitter- almond finish. Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, complements main courses of fish, shelfish, and white meats.
